Workshop: Modeling
We would like to draw your attention to the free post-conference workshop on
"Modeling for Anyone"
organized by BioSolveIT at the HMGU campus close to the meeting venue on Friday afternoon from 15:45 to 18:00.
Who should attend: Medicinal Chemists, Decision Makers, Students... Everybody!
What you will learn: Using the intuitive and very visual software tool SeeSAR
(https://www.biosolveit.de/SeeSAR), you will learn the basics of scaffold hopping, structure- based modeling, scoring, and conformational analysis.
SeeSAR has been conceived to be easy to use and will assist you in calculating physico-chemical properties, approximate deltaG, and on-the-fly editing and hypothesis testing.
You will learn how to optimize the tightness of fit and create meaningful graphics at publication quality level.
